Dear all,
I have been trying so hard to understand and fix the issue I encountered when trying to connect with an Excel file on OneDrive business. I formatted the table and followed the instructions but when the connection finished, the data was not loaded. I only see the title of the table - please see the screenshot below.
Can you please let me know what I did wrong here? Thank you so very much for helping me out with this.
Thu

Dear all,
I worked it out now. The issue is I kept the Excel open while connecting in PowerApps. When I closed the Excel file, I worked perfectly. Thanks for your help with this - I was quite desperate!
Thank you for looking into this for me so quickly.
I think I formatted the table correctly as PowerApps could recognise it. However, you raised a good point - whether the table contains Data, then I'm unsure and I also don't know how to check it.
When I try to add a record, here is the error message:
"the requested resource is locked. Server response: Employee failed. Cannot write file to filesource. File is being locked".
Thank you.
@Thu_Roberts Are you sure that the "Table" you connected to contains Data? Are you connected to the correct Excel/Table?
What happens if you try to add a record? how does the EditForm looks like. Could you provide a screenshot of that screen?
