Unable to Drag owner to header in form

I am trying to update the location form and when I try to bring the columns in form window, I am unable to drag the "owner" thing to the header. In fact, I am unable to see the "General" and "Related" thing under header. Adding the screenshot for reference.

Can you paste your image in. Many many many times the images never come through, and it will speed up helping you.

You selected the wrong form type.

Make sure you select the Main form type.
