Work action type Open API error

Hi, First day using flow and was hoping to get some help with an Automated Flow. I wanted to send or forward an email from my inbox to all the users who have submitted the "yes" response to my Microsoft Form. The problem with this is because I want to send an email which has coloured fonts, links and images so it needs to be the original email
