Power Pages and Microsoft Customer Service Workspace

Is it possible to connect a Power Pages form, such as below, to Microsoft
Customer Service Workspace, so that a user could create or edit a 'Contacts',
or interact with other tables/datasets in Customer Service Workspace using a
Power Pages form?

Yes it is possible.

Ensure your Power Pages site is linked to the same environment as the Customer Service Workspace. Configure the Dataverse tables you want to interact with (e.g., Contacts, Cases, etc.). In Power Pages, use the Dataverse forms or custom web forms to interact with the tables.

Create a Form in Power Pages: Navigate to the Power Pages Design Studio. Add a page or section where you want the form to appear. Bind the form to the Contacts table or another relevant Dataverse table. Form Actions: Use the form for creating new Contacts by binding it to a Create action. Use it for editing existing Contacts by linking the form to the relevant record.

Embed the Power Pages form in a CSW app module using an iFrame or Power Apps control. Alternatively, use Customer Service Workspace scripting to open a Power Pages form when specific conditions are met (e.g., clicking on a related Case).

Where does 'Dual write' fit into your recommendations?

I tried to create a solution using the default 'Customer Service Workspace' (which is where the data is to be stored),
to solve my issue, and I got a warning that 'Dual write' was required.
