Power Apps Portal Licensing

Hi PAP experts, I am having a hard time understanding the exact licensing cost of PAP. Please help.

We are a small business having O365 E1 level licensing. Full features of Power Apps are included in that. We want to create a portal for our internal usage and might provide 10 logins to our employees as well (not necessary if it will increase the cost). So, the main question is, once the portal is live, do we have to pay each time we access the portal, I mean usage-based cost or is that only for external users?

As per the image attached, there is no cost per-user licencing. Having confusion understanding. Much appreciated.

    Hi @amar0494

Does a single login provide access to multiple Power Apps Portals during the 24-hour period?

Logins are specific to a single portal. So if you access multiple portals belonging to the same tenant, it will be counted as one login per portal

Hi @ragavanrajan, sorry to bother you again. I have got another question. If I already hold a license to access the power apps portal and I am the only user, will I have to buy another per-user license just for the launching and accessing of a launched portal? or It will be included in my existing license?

    Re: Power Apps Portal Licensing

    Hi there,

I have the licenses for Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Virtual Agent.

So, I was using the D365CS trial and that connected perfectly with PVA. great.

After I purchase  the licenses for D365CS, nothing works and the tutorials are not helpful, because the UI changed and not related to the context of the tutorial anymore.

I'm System Admin and can install Omnichannel extension, but even so, the extension is showing on the app list as installed.

So far, no one at Microsoft is able to explain how to connect PVA to D365CS after purchasing the licenses.

Need a proper Step-By-Step process of how to do it.

    Any help will be great.

    Hi @amar0494

The simple answer is for your 10 users you need to buy powerapps per app/user/month licensing which will cost around 5usd per month.

Or the option 2 is you can buy consumption usage per license aka Pay-as-you-go plan

    is brand new licensing model.

    10 usd/month

    Hope it helps.
