Dear All,

I am not an expert and I will be very grateful for your tips.

I need to populate a database (Excel or sharepoint list) with the inputs of three different people and so three different form.

The first form contains the key field (for example the article number) and the other columns the characteristics (colors, composition and so on). When the first form is completed a row is added to the table.

At each completion step an email should arrive to the next user. By clicking the email, the second/third user should be able to compile other fields without inserting the articole number again in the form, the system should address the new collected information to the right row in the table.

I'm able to build a flow with data collection and email processing, but I don't how to automatize the addressing to a specific row in a table starting from a click to an email.

What should be the right actions and triggers to to reach my scope?

This is a good post but it doesn't clarify my doubts:

Thanks in advance,

Davide

Deep link will achieve this for you
On your app you will need 2 screens connected to the same data source
Each screen will have the form and the deep link will contain your record id and the screen  with the form
Take a look at this for help
