posts lost, unable to login, external account, where is the help url?

I wondered if someone could point me to the online help form people can use to restore faulty logins/migrate posts etc. I remember using it once, but can't recall the url.

In case it's not obvious, this is in relation to a different login, an external account, I have been using for posting on the forums. I have lost my forum post history, and am now unable to login. I receive the error message: The username "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAEBoCo7JyBT_OiTaS_qiv00" is already taken.
