Power pages form with relationship to contacts table

Hello,

I have a table, and have added a relationship/lookup column to the Contacts table.

I also have a form for this table, how can I make it so the relationship column is filled by the current user?

Now when a user fills the form, I have no idea which used filled it.

Several ways:
On the Form defintiion (use the Portal Management App) you will find options to save/associate the current user https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/configure/basic-forms#additional-settings
Create a Metadata record (of type attributte) against the the form in question, this will also give you options to popualte the field with the current portal user https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/configure/configure-basic-form-metadata
Populate a field on the form using JavaScript/Jquery (this is sometimes necessary, but the 2 options above are usually better options - and in the 2 above the field does not need to be on the form itself.

Hi @Fubar

I'm trying first option, I am in the "Additional settings" tab of the form, but I don't seem to figure it out how to associate it with the current user.
Am I on the right page?
