Best approach to move large Excel data from SharePoint (multiple folders) into Dataverse

Hi Community,

I have a requirement to move a large volume of data stored in Excel files within SharePoint Folder  into Microsoft Dataverse, and I’m looking for the best and most scalable approach.

Current Scenario

  • SharePoint Online document library

  • Multiple folders and sub-folders

  • Each folder contains multiple Excel files

  • Excel files have similar structure (same columns)

  • Data volume is large (thousands to lakhs of rows)

  • Need to load data into Dataverse tables

  • Requirement may include recurring refresh / incremental loads
