Hi there,

I'd like to make an approval workflow for when people change their Office 365 profile picture (so that HR can approve that the picture meets requirements). Is this possible in any way, or should I be adding this as an idea?

Do you want to start an approval workflow when the user change their Office 365 profile picture?

Thanks for your feedback, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently. The "When Office 365 profile picture is changed" trigger is not supported in Microsoft Flow currently.
