How to get active record count for lookup column using Web API?

Hello Folks,

 

I need to retrieve the record count from a Dataverse table where Table A is the parent table and Table B is the child table. Table A has a lookup choice column from Table B, creating a Many-to-One relationship between the two tables. How to use the Web API to retrieve the record count from Table A where the value matches the Table B column. Please find below image for example.
