How to add time and name to a comment

Hi,

I have created a flow but at one stage I am struggling. I have in MS List a column called comments. The column is set up as Append changes to existing text. What I want now to achieve is, that I add the latest comment to an email including the time stamp and the name of the one who added this comment. I have added as below but this is only showing the text of the comment but not who raised it and when. Can you help me with this?

thank you for your feedback. Without testing I am sure your solution will work, I have tried it similar.
Unfortunately, my problem description was not perfect. Finally, I would like to achieve that all comments from an item are listed in the mail. This then with time and name.

Could you please tell me how do you set your SharePoint list columns?

There are preset read only columns named modified and modified by in SP, which is used to save information such as time and display name.

I have a test for your reference, please try the following workaround.

You can also change the output time format according to your needs.
