Updating Sharepoint List with rows that were checked in table

Hi.

My powerapps consists of several dropdown filters that filters 1 table.   From there the user can choose a project in the table and it populates the 2nd table.   The 2nd table has checkboxes.  The user can then check the boxes of the items they would like to update with the answers to the form.

Is it possible to have the items that were checked (table #2) to be updated with the answers from the form that has 11 questions?

The backend is a sharepoint list.  I did try a dataverse table but was very limited to what i could to manipulate the actual table.

    Yes, this can be done.
Provide details on the data structure. Are you using choice fields to update text fields?

    Hi @ronaldwalcott.

I'm sorry i posted a reply sooner and it didnt populate.

The sharepoint list has single line of text, number and date columns with about 20k on the list.

The questions on the form are not being populated from the sharepoint list.  The tables however are.

The items field for the questions look something like this:
["Affected","Not Affected", "No Guidance"].  One is a date field and the rest are radio buttons.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Sorry, I don't understand.
What is the structure of the SharePoint lists?
What does the application look like, include a (screen shot)?
Where are the questions coming from? How are they stored? How are they accessed, is it based on the dropdown values?

Hi @ronaldwalcott.  My apologies for any confusion.

The sharepoint list is fairly straight forward consisting of single line of text, date and numbers columns.

The top part of the app looks like below.  Section 1 filters the table in section 2.  When you click an item in section 2, it populates the related items in section 3 (well it should)

The questions have been created at the app level.  For example the 'items' property for question #6 is ["Affected","Not Affected", "No Guidance"].
