ReportHi folks. Apologies in advance if this is not clear.
I have access to 2 Power Pages environments through my account - my employer's default and internal environment and a Trial environment under which I am creating a public-facing website.
When editing my site in the Trial environment, I want to create a custom template, and click the link 'Create and upload custom layouts' in the 'New page' dialog.
It takes me to a Portal Management page where I can create templates, but only for sites under my organisation's default environment. I can't see how to create a template for my Trial environment or how to switch environments from there.
(While trying to find other routes to the correct Portal Management page, I also sometimes get an error reading "The portal you are trying to access doesn't belong to the tenant you are currently logged into. Please log out and log in to the correct tenant." Not sure if this is the same issue or a whole new lot of fun...)
How can I do this please? Thanks in advance!
