Get a user's last sign in log entry

Is there any way to use Power Automate to grab info from the last sign in for a given user? We would like to query a user by UPN and grab their most recent sign-in log entry from Entra to then gather some info from that such as their location, Device ID, time, etc.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

Graph is such a clunky partner for power automate, and I've never been able to get it to work without any of the Premium connectors. I've tried it with the free-tier HTTP request connectors like the O365 one, but they are all limited to calling a select few of the queries such as /me and /users

That would be this one List signIns - Microsoft Graph v1.0 | Microsoft Learn - you will have to test if you have the required permissions to call it. You can test with the Graph Explorer first.
