Hi All

How do i get the new item portal form on my entity to look good. I created the form fine - but when i click new item its shows the fields all over the place - its a mess..

is there a way to customise the form? See pic attached

Hi @NikkiTDP2020,
Yeah, bootstrap can have some oddities in the name of fluidity.
A few options:
Change your Entity Form to 'Large', if it isn't already (I think they are by default, now..)
Navigate to the parent Entity Form's Entity Form Metadata for the subgrid
Click Advanced Settings
Navigate to the Create Form Dialog box
Change Size from 'Default' to 'Large'
Put the Entity Form on a Web Page and navigate to the Web Page instead of using the modal
Change your form to by one column sections and build with a 'slim' design in mind
