Docs say Portal Metadata does NOT contain tables or forms--but I can see them?

The Power Pages documentation explains how to deploy your complete portal to a new environment (e.g., dev to test), you must 1) migrate the portal Metadata with the pac CLI, AND 2) migrate your tables, columns, forms, etc. using a Solution. Why both? I look in my portal Metadata in VS Code, and I can see all my custom forms, pages, etc.....

    Hi @Jeffkellydotcom

" 2) migrate your tables, columns, forms, etc. using a Solution"

this part here, what the documentation is trying to say is that any custom component you have created in Dataverse has to be migrated via Solutions (tables / forms - table forms and not power pages forms / etc)
if you haven't made any customization at that level, all you need is to move the Portal data via CLI (or XrmToolbox or Configuration migration / etc)
