Using Power Apps to Create a Customer Order Form

Hello,

My company has been using Excel to build Customer Order Forms. It's fairly simple with an Item list that is data validated in a hidden sheet with associated pricing.

I've modeled all the Item data and pricing in Dataflows, and wanted to see if I could use Power Apps to create portals that our customers can go to in order to place orders.

My company pays for the internal Power Apps, but I was hoping to learn if it would cost us to pay for portals that were catered to the specific customers.  Currently, we only have 12 Customers that we would set this up for. We wanted to include their history in the App. For example, if they selected Item#123 it would tell them they purchased 45,000 last year. I have all this modeled in Dataflows as well.

Any insight in how to user Power Apps to create order forms for customers would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,!

I have never dealt with creating these, so I have no experience, but what I think you want to use is Microsoft Power Pages. You can add a form to Power Pages and learn more at Tutorial: Add a form to your page | Microsoft Learn. This is the route I would investigate if I were doing what you ask. Of course, pricing may differ depending on where you are, but I think Power Pages start out at about $200/month, which you can review at Power Pages: Pricing Plan | Microsoft Power Platform.
