Power Pages Capacity

Hi,

I've received an automated email this morning from Mircosoft Power Platform, with the message "You have exceeded your Microsoft Power Pages capacity". It concerns one of our environments, as being over capacity in each of the last 3 months. The over-capacity is given in the form 2/0, 1/0, and 1/0 respectively. Not sure what this means.

Can anyone enlighten me and also advise, in terms of getting further details on actual capacity used against that allowable?

Is the only option to purchase extra capacity?

Have Microsoft changed their licensing model recently?

Many thanks

Steve

Do you think there may be an adverse impact on the performace and functionality of the Customer Service environment, with Chat functionality, for example?

    Thanks

    Hi @sdpillar ,

    1)  Over-Capacity Format: The over-capacity values you’ve received are in the form of X/Y, where:

    • X represents the actual capacity used.
    • Y represents the allowable or purchased capacity.

    For example:

    • 2/0: You’ve used 2 units of capacity, but the allowable capacity is 0.
    • 1/0: You’ve used 1 unit of capacity, but the allowable capacity is still 0.

    2) Understanding Capacity Usage:

    3) Options for Addressing Over-Capacity:

    Thanks!
