I am unable to see the publish link on the left hand nav, I also can't see how I can deploy my bot to a facebook page. Can someone tell me where to find this ?

Yes publish to Facebook will be available in couple of weeks at GA.
Hello, You should be able to see 'Manage' -> 'Channels' and Facebook is listed there now. Please give it a try and let us know. Thanks.
