My Learning plan does not load

I'm currently experiencing an issue accessing the videos under the 'Learning plan' tab.

The videos are not loading, and I'm unsure what might be causing the problem. Since I've already reached Chapter 3, I should have access to all the available content.

I did. Several times.
Entered in incognito and normal browser and change it beetween browsers, reset my computer ... a lot of things

I try load tab learning but not load that section, i have cleared the cache and don't working. please help
