Hi, in Dynamics 365 there is the Timeline controle which now has a Copilot summary above it called Highlights.
Can this also be added to a Power Page form of the Case entity on the Customer Self Service portal that's connected to Dynamics 365 Customer Service?
Our customers would love that, instead of scrolling and reading the activities in the timeline.
One step further is to only show the Highlights without the list of activities.
