Folks, I am currently working on a Flow that lists the members of a certain group. I can give you some context to give you an idea of what I want to achieve. Currently, we are working on a project whereby certain users are being added to an Azure AD group. If you are a member of this group, we mark you as "done." To track how many members have been added to the group, we want a weekly report with the users included in this group. Their Name, UPN, Manager, and their department. All of this has been achieved, but when the flow runs, it constantly shows us all the members instead of those who have been added since the last run.
A possible solution would also be to let the Flow run only when a change has been found.
You can see some screenshots of my Flow below:
Anyone?
Thanks for your effort!
I think I misunderstood. That should work, indeed. What should I change in my Flow?
Why temporary? After placing the timestamp once your weekly flow will check if the date is in last week for each user.
That could work temporary, since I will need to report weekly. That means that I also need to change the date and timestamp in the flow.

Can you mark it as "Done 2024-01-12" and use this timestamp later in your flow?
