External Login Identity Provider Not Appearing in Power Pages on Tenant

I’m having an issue with setting up an external login identity provider in Power Pages across two different tenants. In one tenant, I added the identity provider, and everything worked perfectly — the login button appeared, and I was able to authenticate users. However, when trying the same steps in another tenant, the identity provider doesn't show up.

Here’s what I’ve done:

  • Added the same identity provider.
  • Enabled External login in the authentication settings in Power Pages Studio.

But it still doesn’t work. Is there something else I’m missing? I’ve already tried double-checking the settings, and everything seems consistent with the tenant where it’s working.

Any advice on what I might need to configure or troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

    • Some configurations for identity providers may be tenant-specific, especially for OAuth, OpenID Connect, or SAML-based identity providers.
    • Check in Azure AD or your identity provider’s admin panel to ensure that the redirect URI and tenant-specific configuration settings are correctly registered for the target tenant.
    • Ensure that the identity provider has the necessary permissions enabled in the target tenant, as some permissions may differ between tenants.
    • Double-check that the consent for permissions (if required) has been granted in the target tenant.
    • In Power Pages, go to Site Settings under Authentication and confirm that settings like Authentication/Registration/Enabled and Authentication/Registration/LoginButton are set to enable the login button for external providers.
