Form -> List Not Working

Hello!  I had created a Form & a flow to connect that Form to a SharePoint list.  This was working well.  I had to transition the Form to be owned by a group.  The flow still seems to think it's working, as it triggers every time a new submission is entered, and says success.  There is just nothing appearing in the SharePoint list.  Any suggestions?

    Hey Rob, 

    That worked perfectly!  I had copied the new ID into the trigger, but not the Get Response Details.

    @Anonymous as it is now a group form you need to change the form ID from the one you selected in the dropdown to the actual ID which you get from the address bar at the top of the form:

    Paste that into both the trigger and the get response details action:
