Portal Terms and Conditions Versioning and Update.

Hi,

I would like to know when you have enabled the terms and condition site settings on your portal if every time you update those terms and conditions if the user needs to re-accept them or not? (I would like it to be that way so the user is bounded to them).

Also, are you able to create a versioning of the terms and conditions so I know on which one the user agreed to?

The simple answer is yes. When you change the date, it will be captured and represented to user.

Content Snippets for Terms and Condition:

TermsandCondition will not appear unless there is content in the snippet

If you want the users to accept the terms and condtions again simply update the publication date in GMT format.

Relevant Site Settings for Terms and Conditions - must be set to true :
Note: Date and time should be set in GMT format
