consolidate on data field for monthly reimbursement claim.

Hi All,

Thank you for taking your time to read this message.
I am trying to generate a monthly report for reimbursement claim for my colleagues.

my flow have this create html and output to email.

But i have 1 issue is that the list will be come alot if 1 person did few reimbursement claim and this will end up of rows like above picture.
Is there a way to consolidate the date to individual requestor? so that it will show 1 table requestor name 1/list of category/total amount, another table show requestor name 2 /list of category/total amount.

and another same type of consolidate for type of reimbursement as there is 2 type, 1 is to charge to another company / another is reimbursement back to employee.

Hi @RezaDorrani ,

your answer work for generating report for individual colleagues for the claim report.
but can i also ask if i need the whole report to send to the finance department for them to process the claim.
rather then showing finance department multiple lines of individuals colleagues name is there a way to consolidate to each employee name and their claim and total amount?
not is there such ways to do?
for example
Employee Wei Ming
