1. User001 submits form.

2. LM01 is alerted of the submission by Email

3. LM01 to be able to add comments into the submitted form.

4. As soon as LM01 submits the comments, DIR01 is alerted.

5. We need this to be saved as link or item in sharepoint or a shared location. the basic idea here for the DIR01 to access the responses for future purposed.

anyone can help us on how to get this flow?

    Hi @psunith1476 ,

Basically you'll need to create two flows, one for step 1-2, the other for step 3-4. You also need to store all the relevant data in a SP list.

For flow one, trigger is when a new response is submitted, actions below are get response details -> create item of the SP list-> send an Email -> add a row into Excel with all the list item data (including ID). For flow two, trigger is when an item or a file is modified, actions would be: condition (to check if the comment column is from blank to others) -> if yes, update a row in Excel where stores all the information from the list by filtering the ID -> send an Email

    Hope this helps.
