I have a flow that Gets Items (Phone Appointments) from the Outlook calendar and intends to email the customer a follow-up survey. It is working if there is one appointment at a time, however, my problem is that if Joe and Jane are scheduled at 10am, the flow emails Joe and Joe (two separate emails), instead of Joe and Jane.
What could be my issue?
Here is the calendar (for an example):

Yes, there are two separate appointments in Outlook by two different customers.
For example, if 3 individual customers scheduled at 10am, I would like an email sent to each of the 3 individual customers. However, my issue is that my flow is emailing the first customer scheduled 3 times.
If I understand correctly this is simply because they are 2 separate appointments in Outlook and your flow trigger is per appointment but if the appointment itself in Outlook was sent to both (have both as recipients) then it will be one email.
