Hi all,
currently trying to setup a flow for my sales team to help them with follow up emails for our established clients. I have a good amount of this but I'm struggling at the last few bits.
First the bit I'm finding difficult is the conditions to check if a reply has been received, so would appreciate advise on the logic for this.
Second I'm finding it difficult to get the follow up email to automatically go to the ID of the original person sent to. This I believe should be part of the dynamic content, but it seems to not be accepting it. I'd appreciate guidance from people on how best to do this.
If anyone wants further detail on the purpose we have messages which will have specific subject lines from our clients and we want to make sure a follow up goes across to them if they haven't replied within a certain period to ensure they're still engaged with the process. We'd then setup a final email to close the process with them. We have no other automation system for emails and generally want to avoid paying for a service as this would only be for case specific situations with clients.
