Account is not getting locked after multiple failed attempts

Hi,I have configured the site settings which are required to disable the account when multiple failed login attempts are done.But it is not working.Access Failed Count field is not updating.

 

below site settings I have configured:

    Hi @VyasVaishali ,

    Are you using a local login or external provider? It will only work with a local login. Also check if setting Authentication/Registration/TriggerLockoutOnFailedPassword is set to true.

    Also, if you haven't done so already, clear the Portal Cache (and possibly also the Config) <portalurl>/_services/about when logged in as a portal user with the Administrator Web Role assigned.

    I am using local login.

    and also I have added the site setting which you mentioned.

    cleared portal cache also.

    still it is not working.

    is that behavior occurring for everyone or are there certain accounts which are actually locked out?
    Can you check inside the Contact table if the failed attempts are counted?
    The column is adx_identity_accessfailedcount.
    Can you also check the parameters of the columns local login disabled and local login lockout?
