Sending emails to different people based on choices in SharePoint list

Hello to whom it may concern

I am looking to add some functionality to my form where if the users selects an option in the drop down box it will send emails to different people.

To provide more context we have 3 different areas on our plant each with mechanical and electrical engineers. For example, if I select area 1 then the mechanical and electrical engineers will be different as oppose to area 2. once an item is submitted to the SharePoint list it should go off to the engineers to approve but it needs to be that engineers from area 1 only receive requests from area one and if the user selects the electrical option then it will only send the email to the electrical engineers of area 1.

This is quite complex so if you would like to help I would much rather we get together in a google meets so I can provide full context as to what I want to achieve.

So , could you show the form looks like ?

if i am right it should have 2 fields mostly- one to select which area (which is represented by numbers 1,2,3 etc) and other type of person to whom approval request needs to be sent (either mechanical/electrical)
