Planner to SharePoint List Item - Update Values

Hi,

Looking for some assistance please.

Purpose:

Planner Tasks are mirrored to a SharePoint List Item. The only values that the list item it needs to mirror from the Planner is the Title, Status (via Label) and Due Date.

Problem:
With the flow I have screen captured and attached to this post, the conditions of updating the values to the SP Item is that if the valueTitle(Planner Task) matches the title (SP List Item) then action accordingly. This seems to be working fine for the most part. However if a Planner Task title is changed, the condition will trigger a No condition which is set to Update Item (SP) and the Title list item is set to the valueTitle.

There are two Planner Tasks called Test 01 and Test 02. With the No condition set to Update Item, the undesired outcome is that it sets both list items in SP to Test 01 and matching Status and Due Dates.

Please see screen captures for better clarity.

Thanks,

Richard

    Hi @richardsharma

I would suggest creating a new field "Task ID" in SharePoint list which is unique identifier. You can check if any record with Task ID field is present in SharePoint list and accordingly add or update details in SP list.
