Good morning,

I've been searching online for a definitive answer on this but get conflicting data.

What minimum role permissions are required for a user to create a new Power Page?

What minimum Azure Role assignment is required? I don't want to grant full Power Platform Administrator

TLDR, What are the minimum roles / azure roles I can provide a user so they can create and edit Power Pages in their own environment, while not being able to administer the entire tenants Power apps?

Looks like it's the AAD Application Developer Role I was missing.
