Trying to create a Forklift inspection that will send a notification email when questions return a "Fail" and/or "Condition Unacceptable" response.

Can someone help me figure this out?

The Form is formatted with drop-down boxes and radio buttons allowing only one option.

    Hi @Justalker 

     

    The issue here is you are missing the double quotes under the Answer value. Once you sorted the answer with double quotes "Acceptable Condition" it will work as expected.
