Table Form with canvas app doesn't work for on adding new item

I would like to use embedded canvas view in model driven table form for viewing(it's working fine) and adding new items to dataverse.
Unfortunately when I press new button in designer I see an error and in preview nothing is displayed.(see screens)

Is there any way to use form with canvas to add new items?

can you share screenshots of the canvas app in the custom page in model-drive app?

Canvas app is not used as custom page but is added in table form view

Canvas app contains only label

Could you explain how you embedded the Canvas app into the model-drive app form.

On edit dataverse table form we can use a classic mode and add a canvas app which will populate ap context,
I used tutorial from this page:

The DataSource is commented out, and the canvas app only has a label control.

"Embedded canvas apps aren't displayed when creating a new row since they need a row context to be passed to them."

Hello

I forgot to uncomment it after tests - it doesn't change behaviour - embeded canvas app is not working for creating new item

That's expected. Embedded canvas apps can't be displayed when creating a new row since they need a row context to be passed to them.
