Hi!

I am actually runnning into a problem I am not able to fix.

I built a flow for a client to get data from an email and safe it to a shared excel (saved on onedrive business) called 'BTB'.

The excel connector can´t find any table.

I already tried

- checking the format of the table (table is formated and named 'AKT_Table').

- deleting the connection and set it up again

- trying the Get Table connector which gives me back '[ ]'

The excel can´t be edit online ( it appears '403 forbidden' on the screen) and I thought about if this could be a problem.

Is there anything I could try while searching for the failure?

Thanks in advice,

    Hi!

Thanks for your help. It was the password issue. Now everything works fine.

    All the best,

    Quince

    Hello @QuinceK ,

as @Pstork1 mentioned it could be a password protection, but on the other hand are you sure that the user who is starting the flow has access to the Onedrive and the file? Is it shared with him?

The fact that you configured the connection with your admin account does not mean that the flow uses the connection. It is usually using the triggered users account. If you do not define it differently in the "Run as" option.

Maybe you can share some screens, so that we could understand your problem a bit better?

    WIth regards

    Kevin

If you get a 403 forbidden when trying to access the file in excel online then its probably password secured.   The Excel connector can't access password secured files.  There is no workaround other than removing the security.
