Hi team,

Is it possible to restrict certain permissions at the "Bucket" and "Task" levels in Planner?

I'm setting up a task board and need to ensure that not everyone assigned a task can see every task on the board.
I want users to see only a specific bucket without being able to see other neighbor buckets.

***********Please if it's not possible, can you provide us with an alternative way of working? ***************

    HI

There is no way to do this, especially since they are assigned to the Task.

As this isn't a Planner forum, you would want to post in the Office Forums.

However, understanding, that you could create your own UI that would allow you to do this, with effort, but you cannot restrict them at the actual Planner UI
