How can I remove the chat widgets from pages and from forms

Hi there
It looks like there is a chat widget on each page and each form by default (see screenshot below).
I can't see where to turn them off.
Any suggestions?

    How can I remove the chat widgets from pages and from forms
    If you cleared the Portal Cache (re-previewed the site or manually using _services/about )
    check if Co-Pilot has been added, in the Power Pages designer, edit the Site and go to Setup in the left hand menu, and then check if Co-Pilot has been added and enabled.

    There wasn't a Content Snippet with this name, but I added one as follows:

    How can I remove the chat widgets from pages and from forms
    In the Portal/Power Pages Management App, you should find a Content Snippet called something like "Chat Widget Code" clear its contents (this is what gets included on every page - haven't done a chat in a long time but don't remember it being on Basic Forms also).
