Entity list workflow grid shows "no matches found", while the on-demand flow exists

I have an on-demand flow with trigger "When a record is selected".

And there's an entity list of the above entity. I'm trying to add a workflow in the grid configuration of the entity list, but it cannot find the flow.

How can I make the flow visible in the grid configuration?

Hi, the entity list configuration allows you to add an on-demand Workflow from the classic D365 Workflow/Processes. Unfortunately it doesn't include Power Automate Flows.

You can take a look at this for more information on workflows: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/data-platform/overview-realtime-workflows

    Thanks Oliver,

I took a look at the D365 workflows, which trigger should I select if I want to start it when clicking on it from the entity list?

Also does it support sending a HTTPs request to Azure DevOps? If yes, which action should I use?

Leave that area with all unticked (unless you need it to also - in addition to - run automatically on another trigger), the As an On Demand option is a tickbox above the area in your screen shot or to the left of it depending on if the Workflow is realtime or background).

There is no out-of-the-box HTTPS call to other services etc - you would have to write a Custom Workflow Activity (or Action),  or have the Workflow perform another update or create a record that you can then pickup with Flow.

Thanks, the suggestion works for me.

It might be cumbersome, but you could use the real-time workflow to call the Power Automate, if that's already setup. Depending if you need a response, you could write a custom workflow activity to add a step to do this via HTTP post to the Power Automate endpoint.

If you don't need a response, and just need to run logic, you could use the Workflow to change a field that the Power Automate is triggered on. Any changes done this way would be subject to some caching Portal-side, though.
