New Website - Default Language list is blank

The Default Language in the New Website General Information page requires a response, but there are no options available to select. How and where is the list populated?

That's correct. The search says "No results found."

Check to see if any supported languages have been populated, if not add the language see this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/configure/enable-multiple-language-support

It appears that I can add other languages to the environment but it doesn't populate that list.

Something just dawned on me, why are you creating a new Web Site record? The Web Site record is usually automatically created for you, your starting point should be the Power Pages area (under "Power Platform" ) in the left hand menu of the make.powerapps.com interface.

I did not have permissions to add the website the correct way. The website was created for me and now I'm up and running. The supporting tables were all updated when the website was created.
