The custom text that appears at the bottom of emails sent for SharePoint site sharing or Scheduled Tasks in Teams/Planner is typically part of the email footer or message template.

There're some errors in the text and I'd like to update it.

Since I didn't find how manage it in the administration portal, I have already contacted the Technical Support team and they suggested me using SharePoint Designer or Power Automate actions, so, now, I am seeking help related to Power Automate.

Someone can help me to update it?

I didn't know if it's a Sharepoint direct approval or a Flow to generate it.

Where can I find it in PowerAutomate?

Is this a Sharepoint direct approval, or did someone create a Flow to generate this?

If it's a flow, we would need to find it in the powerAutomate.com Flows tabs and update it there.
