site visibility problem

I'm having problems adding more people that can have acces to view the site. Is the number of people restricted or is there a current problem that it doesn't allow me to add more people who can see my site even though they are within my organization.

What is your Licensing? Anonymous or Per use Authenticated?

When you say adding more people, can you please share exactly what you mean in a picture, as you have to have licenses for each person you add, or you have to have Anonymous access, which will burn up for each person who tries to log in for that month.

Believe you may be referring to site visibility private mode - in which case I believe there is a limit (could possibly be 50). However, this mode is not intended for general use, and should be interpreted as developer mode.

For general use the site would be set to be visible, and your access control configured e.g. using Entra or another authentication provider - where a limited set of users should have access and you are using Azure AD/Entra you can configure an office 365 security group for the users and then configure conditional access for the Application in Azure (each site has an Application created for it in Azure).
