We have used power apps for attendance and since we updated IOS, for those employees who are using Iphone SE not able to install Power apps due to unavailable "NEXT" button and therefore do not  have PowerApps short cut.
The power apps still can be run in safari browser.

Thanks for your patience, Matt. Based on recent reports and documentation, here's what we found regarding the Power Apps installation issue on iPhone SE after an iOS update:

     Issue Summary

    • After updating iOS, iPhone SE users are unable to install Power Apps due to a missing “NEXT” button during setup.
    • This prevents them from completing the installation and creating a shortcut.
    • However, Power Apps still works via Safari, which confirms that the app itself is functional.

    🔍 Possible Causes

    1. UI Scaling or Resolution Issue:

      • iPhone SE has a smaller screen, and recent iOS updates may have changed how UI elements (like buttons) are rendered.
      • The “NEXT” button might be off-screen or hidden due to layout constraints.
    2. App Compatibility or Update Bug:

      • Some users have reported similar issues with other apps after iOS updates  .
      • Power Apps mobile may need an update to fix layout rendering on smaller screens.

     Recommended Workarounds

    1. Use Safari as a Temporary Solution

Since Power Apps works in Safari:

    • Instruct users to bookmark the app URL or add it to their home screen:
      • Tap Share  Add to Home Screen.
      • This creates a shortcut similar to the native app.

    2. Try Zoom or Display Settings

    • Go to Settings → Display & Brightness → Display Zoom.
    • Set to Standard instead of Zoomed.
    • This may help render the full UI including the “NEXT” button.

    3. Rotate the Device

    • Ask users to rotate the iPhone SE to landscape mode during setup.
    • This can sometimes reveal hidden buttons that are off-screen in portrait mode.

    4. Update/Reinstall Power Apps

    • Ensure the latest version of Power Apps is installed.
    • If already installed, try:
      • Uninstalling Power Apps.
      • Rebooting the device.
      • Reinstalling from the App Store.

    5. Report to Microsoft Support

If the issue persists, it’s worth reporting to Microsoft Power Apps support
