Hi
I need to create a flow, that sends reminders to a given mailadress, when a customer hasnt purchased a given partnumber/itemnumber in a given amount of time.
Should look something like this:

Customer purchases X itemnumber every three months
Customer hasn’t purchased in three months -> send reminder email to given email address including item id, customers phone number and date of last purchase

We are working in Business Centrail and Outlook, but i need help finding the correct triggers in power automate.
Massive thanks in advance.

Many thanks Ibendlin - that makes sense, but im struggling to find the data from business central in power automate, although the connection is made. Is it not possible for me to choose data from an item number, that it should fetch?

You cannot measure stuff that isn't there. You need to use a schedule, not a trigger.

Schedule a flow at regular intervals (once a day, or once a week)  to collect the data and send the email. Ideally all the logic would be implemented on Business Central as it will be a very heavy lift for Power Automate's feeble math skills.
