Sharepoint Integration and Subgrid Buttons

I have SharePoint integration with my model-driven app. I would like to manage New, Edit, Delete buttons on the SharePoint subgrid according to the security role. Even if I remove privileges from the Power Apps security role and restrict user access from SharePoint, I am still able to see the buttons. When user click the delete button, power apps error message has been appearing other than the user friendly message. How can I manage this issue, could you please help me to find suitable solution?

Thank you for your response.

I think I wasn’t able to explain my issue clearly. My situation is different from what you answered.

I have a model-driven app with two roles that use this app:

Admin Role

Basic Role

My expectation:

Admin users should be able to add, delete, and edit files in SharePoint via the subgrid. The New, Edit, and Delete buttons should be visible and available for this role.

Basic users should not be able to add, delete, or edit files in SharePoint via the subgrid. They should only be able to view the files, and the New, Edit, and Delete buttons should be hidden.

To achieve this requirement:

I assigned the appropriate privileges to the roles by editing the SharePoint Document and Document Location tables.

I also restricted user access to SharePoint folders based on their role.

However, all users with the Basic role are still able to see the sub grid buttons.

Hi @Ram Prakash,

I do not use DV. There is a standart integration between Power apps and Share Point.

Please check the below screen shot. I logged in with Basic user and I am still able to see new button on the sub-grid.
