Trigger "When an HTTP request is received" only working for me

Hi,

I am trying to build a flow to update a sharepoint list from an excel file.

A VBA code sends an http request to power automate, which is supposed to update a sharepoint list.

It is working for me, but when I ask a team mate to test, it doesnt work (nothing is even shown in the flow run-history).

I have set to "anyone" the "who can trigger the flow" in the trigger paramers, but it doesn't work :(

Maybe anyone has an idea?

Thank you all for your help!

Please make sure the users themselves have access to the environment and proper permissions and licenses, otherwise it will not trigger and since urls have changed, verify which one you gave them (that it matches yours exactly).

So anyone does not mean anyone, it means anyone who has a license and is part of your organization (or if you made them guests in Entra) and have licenses and have been added via the PPAC to the environment etc.

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!
    Sincerely, Michael Gernaey

    Hi

    •  When "Anyone" is selected, no security tokens, usernames, or passwords are required for someone to run the flow.
    • The flow's unique URL contains an embedded Shared Access Signature (SAS) token, making it publicly accessible to anyone who obtains the link.
Try your colleague to test this from a Postman. See if that works or not.
    Thanks
