SystemError when using Copilot Studio Autonomous Agents in Germany region environments

Hello,

I am facing a repeated issue with Copilot Studio (Autonomous Agents) in environments created in the Germany region.

When I try to use the bot, it shows the following error:

“Something unexpected happened. We're looking into it.
Error code: SystemError
Time (UTC): 11/24/2025 9:32:35 AM.”

To investigate, I created multiple environments across regions:

Germany region:
- I tested with 3 different environments
- In all of them, the same SystemError appears
- The bot does not respond and errors out
India region:
- I created a new environment
- Everything works perfectly fine
- No errors, all agents run normally

This clearly looks like a region-specific issue affecting the Germany region.

I have also attached a screenshot showing where the error occurs:

Could someone from the team please check why Germany region environments are unable to run Autonomous Agents?
