Deploying Solutions with Tables with N:N Relationships Requires Related Tables

I have a tablet of "Sites" that multiple unrelated tables nave N:N relationships with.

As a result, when I try to deploy a solution with the "Site" table, I get a "Missing dependencies" error asking me to include the unrelated tables to my solution.

What am I doing wrong here?

You're not doing anything wrong, you either remove the N:N relationship or include those unrelated tables in your solution.
