I am trying to enable the Web Application Firewall for a Power Page site. I have tried for days. I click the toogle "Web Application Firewall" to Yes. Then after a few minutes it showed "There was a problem setting up the Web Application Firewall. Choose Reset to start over." After reset and do it again it just fail again.

Please suggest how to troubleshoot. Thanks.

Probably the best thing to do is to open a support ticket so Microsoft can investigate what's happening behind the scenes.
